We are happy to take referrals from other organisations who are working with an individual who has an online security or privacy issue and needs our help. Fill in the referral form and we will get in touch with you to discuss the case. Please seek permission from the individual before referring and ensure they are comfortable with our Helpline Terms & Conditions.

We will look to respond as soon as possible, in the meantime our chatbot may be able to provide some immediate help to the individual you are working with.
